We’ll also be previewing a brand new venue with Ocean 60 Restaurant and Martini Bar.  Beautiful decor, relaxed, elegant atmosphere and fresh cuisine with an exciting island flair defines this very intimate restaurant. Ocean 60 is Chef Owned by CIA graduate, Chef Daniel Groshell. He will be creating a specialty menu, using only the freshest ingredients available for MPI North Florida.  It’s a little bit of heaven at the beach with a fabulous dining menu on one side and a terrifically tempting martini bar on the other side of this private dining venue.  Perfect for small meetings and groups and an excellent location for your next event, including off-site catering.

Join us for an important industry recognized high level education topic focusing on how to develop and design a plan on relating your ideas and goals to your team and how to get their “buy in” on your ideas.  An open forum discussion format allowing attendees comments & actual experiences will guide the discussion and assist in the education process! Prepare to share your best and worst stories on how you accomplish your goals within a group or team setting and your management style.

·         Describe common issues affecting planners, hospitality partners on time/life management techniques.

·         Describe the challenges in addressing delegation of duties to a team to get the work done.

·         Discuss potential ways to deal with communication surrounding how to get what you want accomplished and feel comfortable with your methods/trust your team of workers
